Jim is a 20 year Army Veteran settled back in his hometown of Lampasas, TX with his wife Crystal, and three kids Karissa, Riley, and River. As a 4th generation Texan, Jim has a deep passion for the outdoors and understanding of the Texas Hill Country. He is involved in his local community and often volunteers his time helping local soldiers through fishing and hunting organizations.
Jim holds an undergraduate in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources which he used extensively during his duration in recruiting for the Texas Army National Guard. With his background in sales and marketing, Jim brings a unique blend of qualities that widely contribute to his communication and negotiation skills. He has received extensive sales training and just recently completed the Project Management Professional Course at the University of Texas @ Austin.
